Dublin creative agency In the Company of Huskies is extremely proud to launch ALIV; a brand new mobile network in The Bahamas.
Having extensively worked with the company throughout the lead up to market, Huskies is delighted to finally be able to showcase the amazing work done by the teams at Portview House. The launch campaign is the first outright demonstration of the powerful ATL and digital capabilities brought about by Huskies’ strategic acquisition of fellow Dublin agency Brando earlier this year. The work was delivered by a full-service team in Ireland and a dedicated agency team on the ground in The Bahamas, and includes TV, press, outdoor, digital advertising, website, app, full store kit outs, video collateral, B2B assets and staff training assets.
In terms of its offering in The Bahamas, ALIV finally breaks the monopolised market of mobile communications in the country, and brings much needed competition to the industry there. The network is the first in The Bahamas to offer unlimited voice, data and texts plans over an LTE connection - so for the consumers, it has of course been a very welcome addition.
The brand was launched on Friday 11th November with the help of country’s Prime Minister, Perry Christie, with the TV ad (above) receiving a standing ovation from the delighted crowd. This fantastic piece of work was shot entirely on location on the islands of The Bahamas, with native director Karim Mortimer and a cast of local talent. Post-production was done in Dublin by Raygun.
During the short period since launch, ALIV stores have welcomed an overwhelming number of customers through their doors; and interaction with both the website and mobile apps has comfortably exceeded 100,000 visits.
Below is a selection of the variety of through-the-line work produced for launch:
A new responsive website built by the team - including a ‘my ALIV’ section where customers can top-up, check balance, change plan and more. A customer-centric app was also launched on both the App Store and Google Play store
